Esther’s strength lays in her wide variety of interests and passion for the cultural branch. She has always been fascinated by the human side of the sector, mainly marketing and education. As a webeditor for the platform Cultuurmarketing she wrote articles and case studies related to marketing in the cultural branch. After this period of time she is convinced to develop herself as a fulltime (online) marketer. She sees marketing and cultural entrepreneurship as the future of the branch.
Esther studied Cultural Heritage at the Reinwardt Academy in Amsterdam. As a component of her studies she worked for the Frans Hals Museum in Haarlem and the Waterlandsmuseum de Speeltoren in Monnickendam. For the last named museum she developed an educational program for primary schools.
