During the contemporary art fair ARCOmadrid, we had the opportunity to interview Allegra Burnette, creative director of digital media at MoMA. In the interview, Allegra talks about the history of MoMA digital strategy, the creative process of developing an exhibition website, how the education department deals with online and MoMA's approach for digital membership. In the last piece, Allegra unveils MoMA's upcoming approach to audio tours and their experience with agile development methodologies.
