Marzia Polese

Online communication specialist at INTK

Marzia is a project manager and online marketer at INTK. She is particularly interested in (online) audience development. Her ambition is indeed to enlarge the online audience of an organization, by applying the right marketing mix, with special attention to communication channels, audience targets and content.
She has an extensive experience in content marketing and her motto is “ know your audience first”.
 
Marzia has a Bachelor degree in Cultural Economics and Cultural Management from the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. During her Bachelor she worked for Fondazione Querini Stampalia, a cultural foundation in Venice. Here she was part of the team dedicated to the development of s new audience development strategy for the museum, focusing on communication and storytelling. Her thesis about storytelling as an audience development strategy, reflected this experience. She also has a Master degree in Arts, Culture and Society from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Her Master thesis was in collaboration with the museum Boijmans Van Beuningen of Rotterdam. She conducted a qualitative research about the visitors’ experience of the new Boijmans Van Beuningen Depot.
